I’ve never been comfortable going to the dentist since I was a child. I went to Dr Yenna and she is absolutely amazing!!! So kind and gentle and knowledgeable. I’ve had male dentists in the past and they are usually heavy with their hands and makes the procedure painful and uncomfortable. A women’s touch does make a difference!! Dr. Yenna is nice and intelligent doctor, and she not only treats her patients with respect but does very good job. Our family goes for teeth cleaning or treatments for more than 5 years.
Made an appointment a week in advance for a consultation, got checked in filled paperwork and waited 25 minutes for them to finally take me back. Waited another 45-50 minutes in the chair, during that time no one went to say “it will be a minute or it’s taking longer than expected” nothing! After that I just walked out. I told the receptionist it’s taking too long and I have waited over an hour all she said was okay. This place it’s so unprofessional I took time off work to go but it does not matter to them!
