Really cool atmosphere. Tried a little bit of everything on the menu. Loved the Thick-Cut Nueske's Bacon especially, and also had the Yellowtail Crudo & the Tuna Carpaccio, both were really unique and a fun experience. The sides were also to die for - whipped mashed potatoes were only outdone by the fries, perfectly cooked. The real star of the sides were those mushrooms, cooked thin and not over-oiled. Absolutely loved the food here! The beef was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite tasted fresh and high quality, and you could really tell the chefs put effort into every dish. The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself had a warm and comfortable atmosphere that was perfect for a family dinner. Definitely one of the best beef restaurants I’ve visited in the USA, and I can’t wait to come back again.
Ate at the bar late last night as a solo walk-in. Excellent bone-in ribeye cooked to perfection and a solid Caesar. My go-to road warrior meal. I was the only person at the bar, but the bartender was awesome and super welcoming, great conversation, top notch service. Will definitely good back!
Came here for my birthday dinner, and left a bit disappointed. The appetizers were not bad. The Tomahawk steak overall had good flavor, though unfortunately some parts were overcooked. For dessert, I ordered the tiramisu glass, but the taste wasn't good. The biggest letdown was the birthday service. They basically did nothing special — just stuck a candle on my dessert and put a small chocolate plate saying "Happy Birthday." That's it.
