smells like sewage or chemicals regularly on 20th ave, at least a few times a month… i unfortunately own a house and live right in this area, i am finally moving because i cannot take it anymore. who can you even complain to about this disgusting smell?
I live on 20th avenue and it regularly smells like sewer. Every 311 complaint just gets ignored. Open air sewage treatment doesn’t work in residential neighborhoods
