Since Dr. Bowers has left things have gone downhill. I have been there 3 times and first visit was fine and no issues. Finally, called me back on my labs 2 weeks later and there was some issues the doctor wanted to talk to me about. I waited back in room for 1 hour which was totally unacceptable and it was really nothing important. Then Maradis ordered a sleep test again for the first visit which they got to about a month later after I told him I heard nothing from anyone. Since Dr. Bowers and his staff left, there is no getting ahold of the office. Forget about getting your lab results. Will be going to Dr. Bowers now in Calhoun
I found the new staff to be kind and professional . I especially liked nurse practitioner Brent.
Dr Bowers is no longer there and the place is a circus I sat in a room for an hour and never saw a doctor southeast medical group has 2 NP there and one doctor and he can only see Medicare patients I walked out and found another doctor
When Dr. Bowers left I told my husband Id still give the new dr and staff a chance. Well today I did. I waited 30 mins past my appointment time in the lobby. I thought maybe they were just really busy in the back but have never waited that long to see Dr. Bowers. I finally get called to the back. Same routine get weighed, nurse gets vitals, goes over meds, etc. She walks out and just a couple mins later the NP walks in.
