I was disappointed. I have high blood pressure. In March of this year I had an appointment where they did massive bloodwork. They made a mistake so a few days later I had to do it all over again. Two months later my BP meds prescription ran out. Our Pharmacy sent them a fax for refill and no response. I called a couple days later and I was told to monitor BP daily. No mention of appointment. I love Dr Bowers and his staff! I never have to wait very long and he is concerned and takes time with me to listen to all my issues and needs. I love being able to get my lab results through the patient portal as soon as it is posted even before I get a call! Best family doctor in Walker County!
