I seem to have had a similar experience since Dr. Bowers has left. I called last week after some tests and asked for a referral. Called Rome Urology to set an appointment, and they had not received it. Called SEMG and was told the doctor had sent the referral. He had not. Asked the receptionist or whoever answered the phone to fax it to Rome Urology yesterday. I'm still waiting. I need an appointment to see the Urologist. If anyone knows anyone at SEMG in LaFayette, please tell them to fax my referral and stop being dishones... read more

While my visit was pretty much as expected the communication with the new management/ staff is non existent. I was seen for bloodwork nearly 4/5 weeks ago and they still have not called me to go over it meanwhileim waiting for medications to be filled based on the bloodwork. I have called 4 or 5 times and have left messages with the front staff multiple times as well as reaching out on the mobile app... and have not had a single response.

Since Dr. Bowers has left things have gone downhill. I have been there 3 times and first visit was fine and no issues. Finally, called me back on my labs 2 weeks later and there was some issues the doctor wanted to talk to me about. I waited back in room for 1 hour which was totally unacceptable and it was really nothing important. Then Maradis ordered a sleep test again for the first visit which they got to about a month later after I told him I heard nothing from anyone.
