I want to echo that this company is great. Quick maintenance and replies to any concerns, online payments are easy, no “gotchas” in their rental contracts and everyone has been super nice. I would recommend renting through them to anyone.
DO NOT use this company to find housing. They unethically encouraged our CU Student to apply for a unit and took our application fee, knowing they had more applicants than available units.
Just got off the phone with an agent who immediately said she wasn't interested in me because I was unable to see the unit in person. I am more than half way across the country. Guess I should just be homeless since I don't have the opportunity or means to travel there ahead of time. Also, showings from 10-2 M-Th...that's inconvenient for almost everyone. This agency is inconsiderate and downright rude. Absolutely no effort was made to help me or give me more information long distance.
