bought new pt175 txw te back in march. in August my transom cracked while hauling boat on vacation to Tennessee. called dealer to check my options. i was told there nothing they can do find another dealer to deal with it. not let us see how we can help just find someone else. guess they are a sell em and done with em kinda place

We've been taking our boat there for a few years now spent lots and lots of money with them. Tool it there a few weeks ago to have some miner work done to the engine. During this I process one of the batteries for stolen. We were never notified.the didn't even call to say they lost the keys. This was a 225 dollar battery. After negotiating for over an hour they decided to give us a battery at cost. At 77dollars. Much smaller than the one that was in the boat. Needless to say I'm now looking for another boat mechanic. Ok so I have improved my original 2 star rating to a 4. They did whats right after my initial review. --- Post sales service is terrible. The sales man has now left. Mechanic only works m-f so i have to take a day off work to get something fixed. Better to take it to bass pro.
