I want to thank the entire Bower team for a great job replacing our hail damaged roof in one day, start to finish! Matt was so helpful in handling the whole process. Bower replaced our roof a couple years ago and really guided us thru the insurance conversation to selection of replacement shingles and guttering. They were extremely responsive and never were too busy to have a conversation. Fast forward to today and we had a mystery hole that could be anything from a gunshot to falling debris from the sky. One call, 30 second conversation and we were taken care of. Quality work and quality people. Highly recommend them.
My wife and I had a hail claim which was handled excellence by Robert Bower. We received great service and got all the upgrades we needed to have an up to code roof with the property hail resistant shingles as was originally on the house. The insurance company put in a lesser quality shingle initially. The work was of the highest quality and done in a timely basis. We can’t recommend Bower enough for their exceptional work.
