I met with Carol Shaffer, owner, to apply for an apartment listing. She was professional and easy to converse with. She gave me detailed options, assessed previous rental experiences, and matched me to potential spaces right away. Available by text, phone, or in person, I sensed her willingness to get the job done. I recommend her brokerage to find a solid, spectacular rental property, in such a difficult market!
I’d give 0 if I could but unfortunately that’s not an option. I’ve recently witnessed some real unprofessionalism from this place and needless to say it’s made me never want to do business with this company. Arguing with tenants and threatening eviction just because you can is not how a real estate agency should handle their customers.

They Work with u on payments if I have a maintenance request they get it done the apartments are up to date. The maintenance guy is very friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to house work very impressed.
