They installed the wrong skylights on our building and now 3 years later, they’re leaking and we have to replace them. The new roofing company said this type of skylight shouldn’t even be sold in our area because they don’t suit the climate.
We needed an emergency repair and they were prompt, excellent and helpful (and nice!)
I guess if you want your driveway plowed they may be OK but as roofers they suck. Waited almost 2 weeks for the estimate, accepted their bid and then they would not return a voice message for another 2 weeks. Literally begged and pleaded for a simple return call and it never came. They deserve to be out of business.
They have been wonderful with snow removal. Quick, responsive .... nothing lesscl than terrific.
Had a leaking roof during a very rainy season. I called Bowen's, crew came out the same day and did a temporary fix! I was not a previous customer, but I will use them for all future needs. Quick response, quick action, very professional.
