NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL and very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took two phone calls to get someone out to check our rental property's AC. He added freon and the tenant was told the problem and that he was going to give us a quote to replace the old parts. Never heard from him. A few months later, the a/c went out again and we called them again since they had already gone & knew what the problem was.
