I had considerable damage to the driver's side bumper and panel of my Toyota Sequoia as a result of hitting an animal. Bowen's Collision got my vehicle in immediately, assessed the damage, and provided me with a thorough estimate of the cost of repair, and then completed the repair. I was very happy with the results, and my experience with the staff and service was excellent. Super bad experience I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Bowen's Collision. From the start, the customer service was subpar. It felt like they weren't interested in listening to my concerns or offering any real assistance. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, which set a bad tone for the entire process. The quality of the repair work was shockingly poor. The car was returned with visible flaws, like misaligned panels and a paint job that didn’t match the rest of the vehicle.
