I have had hip problems for 2 years and after so many different healing modalities- this worked best for me .
I was having severe sciatic pain and trouble sleeping. After a few sessions with Teresa I was sleeping better and my muscle tension improved!
Sharon has a genuine desire to help people suffering with pain and health problems. I have an autoimmune disease which causes food allergies and digestive problems. BowenWork has been very helpful in calming how my body reacts to food which in turn has relieved the digestive problems. Sharon explained how BowenWork resets the body in order to help it function normally. BowenWork has also been helpful with my neck and lower back pain. Sharon has shared some simple movements I can do to help bring my body into balance.
I went to see Sharon for general wellness and left with my shoulders feeling about 6" lower! Wow. What a difference. One session and I can feel the difference in my neck and upper back. Can't wait for the next one.
Teresa Curella saw me for severe plantar faciatis after I tripped and fell in a parking lot. She was friendly, kind, and as I saw her over the next two months - she also helped me over some other issues I had during treatment! Teresa Curella worked on my daughter who was having digestive issues, severe menstrual cramping and migraines. When I had Teresa work on my neck & lower back I could feel the stiffness & tension release. I was able to move better & had a lot more flexibility. She is very good at what she does.
