called a week ahead to schedule maintenance on my car. tool the day off work. they had it from 9-5,started on it about 2 hours before they closed. left a written note of what was wrong only to find out no one ever put me on the schedule. get charged 22.50 to plug a tire for the tire light to come back on 10 minutes down the road. waste of an entire day of PTO. now I will have to schedule another day,waste more pto,to get it fixed. I SPECIFICALLY went here due to a recommendation. thanks for nothing.

The wonderful guys at Bowen were the only ones in Owensboro I could find to plug a tire for me in a short notice. I highly recommend these guys... they do great work and they care, which is a quality that many businesses lack these days!!

Had a noise when my car shifted. Of course it stopped doing it when took it to get checked out. This is my second time to have Brady and staff check out a vehicle and not charge me. I paid them with donuts!!! Great service and honesty.
