A gentleman from this company came out to inspect a roof of a home that his client was going to potentially purchase. He said that the entire roof needed to be replaced and that inside the home there were areas where it seems the homeowner had painted over to cover up areas where leaks had occurred. The roof had been replaced in 2016 and is a metal roof. I had a certified home inspector inspect the roof and he found no active leaks within the home that were caused by faults in the roof.
