A gentleman from this company came out to inspect a roof of a home that his client was going to potentially purchase. He said that the entire roof needed to be replaced and that inside the home there were areas where it seems the homeowner had painted over to cover up areas where leaks had occurred. The roof had been replaced in 2016 and is a metal roof. I had a certified home inspector inspect the roof and he found no active leaks within the home that were caused by faults in the roof. Bowen replaced half of my metal roof that no longer met code. They were the only company around here that would even give me a quote because the roof is high and steep. It seems to have been done correctly. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I can’t get them back to do the other half, which also doesn’t meet code.
