Absolutely the worst customer service from Monica in the service department. Wouldn't stand on warranty caused by their lack of QC and cheapest possible sub contractors, but would allow me or my company to pay out of pocket on a new 2024 vehicle with less than 3k miles on it. Zero star's. Don't waist your money at this dealership. Monica, please defend your actions. Let everyone know how you treated us.
Steve Hunsaker did a great job special ordering my Ford Ranger. He stayed on top of the order and I received my new truck ahead of schedule. Will definitely use Steve Hunsaker when I order my next ride.
We ordered a 2022 F-450 King Ranch in Sept 2021, and made plans to use it by its estimated delivery date in the Spring. The delivery dates kept slipping, and as we tried to accommodate the changes in plans, we were on the phone to our sales guy, Steve Hunsaker, several times a week. He did everything he could to locate truck, update delivery dates and returned our calls, even while on vacation. Oh, and juggling 300 other customers with the same demands! We just ordered our third super duty from Steve Hunsaker. Steve is a professional and a pleasure to work with. He is always quick to respond and happy to provide the support getting the trucks up-fitted and to the carrier for their journey to Alaska.
Steve Hunsaker has been an amazing resource for our fleet company in the Pacific Northwest! He is a great communicator, knows his stuff and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure deals go smoothly (thanks for the port deliveries). He is my go to fleet person in the area, and I can't recommend him highly enough!
