mr just to let everyone know customer service with this company is completely unsatisfactory. No service after the sale however they did try to fix the dryer I bought from them (never worked properly from day one). They tried a couple times and couldnt fix it so basically they just gave up and left me with a dryer that dosent work most of the time!
No Show Appointments Needed to have some warranty work done on my a/c unit .. Had set appointment because I had to take off work to be home to meet them . Tech called to confirm about mid day, then never showed up and never borthered to call to say he couldn't make it. Called the office and was treated poorly. I also filed a complaint with the warranty company on their poor service.
