Probably the kindest and most personable doctor I've been treated by. Incredibly knowledgeable, didn't push me into getting a specific procedure and provided outcomes for both options I was facing with a deviated septum. Provided cheap alternatives outside surgery to help remedy the issues I was dealing with breathing. All-in-all it was a great experience, highly recommend!
Dr. Bowen is wonderful. She put tubes in and removed my daughter adenoids in one surgery. She has a great bedside manner and doesn’t make you feel rushed or silly for your questions. Plus she was great with my sick kiddo so that’s always a way to get points with me! My daughter did amazing with surgery in her care and healed wonderfully and hasn’t had a single ear infection since.
Dr Bowen was a thorough and kind doctor. She didn't rush me along and she explained everything thoroughly. She has a great bedside manner.
Dr. Bowen has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever had. She's very intelligent and explained things in a way that were easy to understand. She happily answered all of my questions and explained the different options available to me for my sinus issues. I ultimately chose for her to perform a septoplasty on me to correct my deviated septum. I'm breathing better now than I have in my entire life. I am so grateful! I highly recommend her to anyone needing an ENT.
She is AMAZING!!!! Been her patient for 5 yrs and she makes everything easy to understand. She has performed 2 nose surgeries (rhinoplasty septoplasty Turbinate reduction) and 2 ear tubes. Outside of being her patient I have also worked with her. She is helping me learn as much as possible so I can be an otolaryngologist. She's such a wonderful doctor and she cares so much. This isn't a job to her, it's a passion. I'm so thankful to have her as my doctor.
My pharmacy has been handling getting refills for an allergy medicine without problems but this time I've been working for weeks to get a refill. No response from the doctors office. Utilized the refill request on their patient portal, no response, utilized the message forum on their patient portal, no response. Called 6 times yesterday, talked to multiple people, explained I was traveling today for the holidays and needed help. They refused without seeing the doctor but would not get me in.
She is wonderful
Dr Bowen is an amazing Doctor. She performed a tonsillectomy on my son and explained everything both pre and post op very well. She is extremely caring and proactive in her work. I would highly recommend Dr Bowen.
Dr. Bowen treated me like a family member. She went way above and beyond to care for me and my daughter. I waited extra time because I wanted a female doctor and she was worth the wait. I had allergy symptoms / sinus pain that I had been ignored for years and she quickly diagnosed me and made scheduling surgery at a convenient time for me very easy. I haven't breathed this well in my entire life! Thank you Dr Bowen.
