My son just got braces a week ago and had a question after hours after they were put on. Sent a FB message and was expecting a response the next day (no big deal), but had an answer to our question in less the 2 minutes.
We cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Bowen and staff. From day one they ensured we knew and understood every step in our care plan. Every visit is a fantastic experience because they go above and beyond with every patient.
Great people and very happy with the care they give. Always helpful and they are always quick to help when you need it. We have been very happy and glad Dr . Bowen and his staff are here in our area.
No complaints here. He is very thorough when choosing the best plan of action. Everyone there is so nice. I would highly recommend his office to everyone.
