I pay way to much for insurance
STAY AWAY!!! This insurance agency is quick to take your money and boom, you're own your own. The customer service skills were great until you actually need the agent, and it becomes evident they do not care. I called multiple times and could not get anyone to answer, I even called from the parking lot before walking into the office with 4 people inside (none of which were on the phone). This insurance agency's customer service has really gone downhill. I used to get quick responses and my issues used to be resolved quickly. Not so much anymore. Since April 5th I've been trying to get the beneficiaries on my insurance policies updated - still no resolution. I keep following up, but I get no response or I'll get an answer like "Erie's system is down and I'll get back to you when it is working again."
