We went to Bowen for a appointment. They where running behind a hour and now they won't give him his meds because we left and made a new appointment. We would not have left if office staff didn't tell us she was running a hour behind. This blows my mind.
I used to love this place as it had all my health needs in one building but genuinely this time I've never spoken with staff that seemed as least interested as possible in helping me. I just hung up and found a new provider.
Terrible place to go if you need psychiatric care. I have been on ADHD medication since I was 22 and I had to switch providers. Now Ive been out of my medication since October and have been having major issues with getting anything done. This place would not continue care and said I would need an official diagnosis again through them. They made it sound like I could tested soon. Very nice and clean and I am very grateful for their help. My nurse specifically is empathetic and caring and is always willing to return a call if I have questions.
