THE WORSE PLACE TO GET SERVICE DONT GO HERE. They are a literally joke I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to this shit box service who doesn’t properly take care of its patients do yourself a favor run the other way.
MONTHS ago, I called and scheduled an autism evaluation for my youngest child.. I walk in for his appointment today with Dr. Tanase and the doctor is on vacation... Nobody called me to cancel.. I had to leave work early, which cost me PTO, I had to go pull and pick up 2 of my older children from school early, and I had to spend gas driving to and from all those places, plus the 30 minutes from my youngests daycare to bowen.. All for Dr. Tanase to be on vacation and to get a new appointment scheduled almost 5 months out.
(11/1/25) So far in my experience everything has been fantastic. The entire vibe is great and safe, the front desk staff are angels, and both my psychiatrist (Leah Sands) and therapist (Amber Gibson) have been very respectful, intelligent, and very good listeners. I can't wait to continue my healing journey. (9/9/26) I love Bowen Health. My main therapist Amber Gibson continues to help me heal and become the best person I can be. Id give this place 0 stars if i could! If you need to take any classes or therapy id recommend ANYWHERE ELSE but here. They have an average of 7 front desk workers daily and not a single one of them has any idea what they are doing. Theres way to much going on in that office between classes, therapy, drug tests, medicine ect, that they dont have time to prioritize INDIVIDUAL therapy. They dont give you any type of plan or timeline to when youll be done with classes, so you just show up every week hoping this will be the week... read more
