Visited this location yesterday, called my pharmacy twice to see if this medication was in. Called yesterday to see what the issue was and no returned phone call. Called today, the nurse said they’re putting a note in to get it put in for pharmacy. SO they forgot to send in my medication to my pharmacy. Tried to get my toddler evaluated here for autism the doctor they have is HORRIBLE would not recommend.
Front desk and medical assistant were kind and welcoming. When seen by the psychiatrist it felt very impersonal and dismissive. I did not feel like my needs and preferences were considered. I communicated when I made the appointment -as well as to the psychiatrist and medical assistant- that I had no interest in antidepressants as they exacerbate my symptoms.
