Bowen Electric did the electrical in my new home. When the one-year builder warranty was over I couldn't get Bowen Electric to help me with an electrical issue in the home. During a phone conversation with Mike, he agreed to come by and never followed through. He will not return phone calls either. Very poor customer service.
Bowen is a company that cares for their customers and their employees. These ladies and gentlemen kick ass, day in and day out. I wish the best to all of them. Cheers.
So, after reading how this Crazy Kellie person went after and tried to ruin an employees career because she had a different opinion, and not enough prozac, you stood by your employee. This is by far worth far more in this world of offended idiots than any other rating I need to see. I have worked at companies who asked me for 10000% all the time and more, and would not even stand by me when I had a flat tire and was 10 minutes late.... You guys rock! For now on, anything I need electrical..... Calling you guys..
