I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bowen Auto. As a woman, more specifically a single mom, I love knowing I can bring my vehicle here and not be taken advantage of. Trey is honest, trustworthy, kind, and professional. And I love knowing I'm supporting a good, local family, NOT a corporation.
Professional, honest, and quick, this is an awesome place! Trey explains everything clearly and doesn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Prices were fair, and the work excellent. We'll definitely go back if we ever need anything else.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I called asking if they could simply reset the computer in my car and I’ve never been talked down to like that in my life. The person on the other end of the line was so rude and condescending. I’m a stay at home mom trying to get my car fixed and I was treated like dirt. This is exactly why women don’t like to call repair shops. You’ll never get business from me.
