I'm a DIY guy, I rarely take vehicles to the shop, and therefore, I don't take the time to leave narrative reviews often. Trey Bowen and his team have earned it. 2003 Mercury started missing hard. I went through the diagnostics until I reached the end of my knowledge. After dropping the car off with Trey, he called me by lunch with the fault isolated. Bad PCM.
