I was very impressed with Mr. Bowen and his team. I dropped my car off about 8:30, they updated me by 11:30 on what the issue was, and it was fixed and ready for pick-up by mid-afternoon that same day. This was a great relief because I had been trying to get a diagnosis for a knocking sound and wobbly feel in the ride for a long time, but other places never arrived at a clear diagnosis or true resolution, sometimes being unable to reproduce the noise themselves.
