Ken knows the market and did a great job of matching what we wanted with what was available. When we found the house we wanted he guided us through the bidding process to win the bid. He then made closing easy and helped us to get settled.
Bowen Agency Realtors did an amazing job with the sale of my mother-in-law’s home. This agency has a monopoly in this area with no viable alternatives. I had my first experience with them 12 years ago and it was not pleasant. Years later, it’s not better. Unprofessional agents and a manager who does not view the customer as valued.
