Kristen is a very skilled and compassionate practitioner. I always feel better after a session with her and find that I have less body pain issues when I go monthly. If you’re on the fence, try it! Your body will be happy you did!
I started going to Kristen when I had ongoing pain in my hip that was making my life miserable. I noticed a difference after the first session and that pain issue soon resolved over the next two sessions. After that I saw her as needed and always felt better afterwards. I highly recommend her!
Kristen has treated me several times and I will always return to her. I say treated because it is physical and mental and spiritual treatments combined that really allow us to heal. I highly recommend her to my friends that need a gentle healing.
Bowen therapy has helped me in many ways! It healed my tennis elbow even after an Ortho surgeon said he couldn’t help me. Bowen healed my partially torn rotator cuff that ached bad.. I had this foot pain that was random, that got healed too. I can’t say enough about how Bowen has healed me over and over through the years. Plus Kristen the therapist is great, very connected with understanding my issues. She absolutely will heal you!
We are so thankful for Kristen’s expertise and knowledge with easing pain and helping the body heal. My daughter has a very unique condition, kristen is always so kind and accommodating to always make her feel comfortable and cared for. She has a wonderful sense of humor and positive energy. We highly recommend her!
