I have a 90 lb. dog and he had a fear of vets from a previous animal clinic trying to physically wrestle him to cooperate. Started coming to North Colony Animal Clinic and the team totally understood where his head was and have been making great progress. While my dog will never be able to have his toe nails trimmed without being knocked out, I feel the team has done a great job, getting my dog to understand a Vet is not a bad place! Love this Animal Clinic and their team members!
I took my foster puppy in because he walks with a limp and I wanted to find out what was wrong. The staff is amazing and the doctor was very caring. They took X-rays and found a broken bone that had healed up. The doctor spent time with me and explained what can happen in the future. For now my puppy is doing well. I like this place!
We have a dog who has had a traumatic experience the a previous vet and hoped this would be better. It's taken us almost a year to get him to be ok with even going anywhere at all. We finally get him to where he isn't freaking out just to be on leash and get in car, heck he even made it into the building this time. Unfortunately today was a bad day after that point. The staff is wonderful and caring. I would recommend them for any of your fur babies. Even when my Maxwell crossed the rainbow bridge, the staff was with us every step.
