I generally avoid negative reviews but this is the third time I’ve had a negative experience with this company and figured I’d share. Originally my agent here was fantastic but he retired and it’s been downhill ever since. There is no personal service; I’m told use the website, fill out a form, self-quote, etc. Today told they no longer have a service email address.
