I ordered a pay online using my Fordpass points. It arrived quickly, Bowditch was very helpful when I picked the pay up, even though I'm sure they weren't getting anything out of the transaction.

I left a message on the phone and sent in an email request into Wynn parts. I heard nothing for three hours and then called Bowditch parts. A real person, Craig, picked up the phone. We had it figured out in minutes. 15 minutes later I drove by and picked up the parts. It's been 11 hours since I reached out to Wynn. Still no response. Talk to a person. Call Bowditch.
