I purchased A vehicle from Bowditch Ford in Newport News. I purchased a vehicle Powertrain warranty. The Vehicle I purchased broke down in my drive way due to starter. Issues. I feel like I have been robbed because I paid for a warranty that this company can’t obligate themselves to honor the value of customers without giving excuses all the time. This is the ford protection they ain’t worth the paper it’s written on. I make sure that I never recommend anyone to Bowditch Ford they are thieves.

I've purchased 3 vehicles from Bowditch in recent years. Walter and Kelcey always do me right! Never any complaints! They always take care of me. Service as well. Always quick and pleasant. Tristen in service is my guy! Thanks for all you do Bowditch and will continue to do!
Bowditch ford always provides superior service to me and my family. Grateful that they always fit me in even when I call at the last minute for service. I never have to worry about the service I receive or being treated like part of the family. Thank you to Casey and team for being so good to me.

Wouldnt let me give zero stars so I went with one. Bowditch is full of @$#@^# when it comes to doing what they say. I purchased a used 2015 Corvette with 14K miles only to find I had a transmission shudder on my way home. They claimed they would make it right but that was not the case. They told me I would have to take it to a Chevrolet dealership to have a service bulletin performed but after I paid the $938 for the service, now they are really sorry but there is nothing they can do.... This place is crap!!!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE both of the Kens here are horrible. The customer service the sympathy nothing was there. They had my vehicle for 13 days, kept telling me for days it would be done and they will call me first thing in the morning. and the part was not even there, and not one time did they call me to update me I had to keep calling every so few days. On October 28th I dropped my 2017 Honda Pilot. We had some issues with communication between the insurance company and Bowditch which extended the time at the shop. On Thursday November 14th my wife picked up the vehicle and did not take a good look at the work. I inspected the vehicle as soon as she got home.
