We spent a lot of money on good quality furniture and expected descent customer service in return. I had to constantly chase down the status of our delivery and when 1 piece was damaged on arrival, the salesman wanted it to be fixed at an upholsterer vs replaced. Very disappointed with the service. The quality of furniture is great. Shirley at front desk was exceptional.
We had a very disappointing experience with this store. We ordered a Palliser recliner sofa end of December 2024. After leaving the store we realized that we were charged with 500$ delivery fee instead of 50$. Mistake can happen and It was corrected. I personally think delivery should be free anyway within Lethbridge when purchasing furniture for almost 5000$. The sofa had a 2 months delivery time.
