Missed an entire bathroom in the appraisal. I fIlled out a dispute form and they never reconciled their mistake. They would never even return my calls. I have sold over 15 investment properties and this was my first experience with Bowden Appraisal Group and this was the worst appraisal I have ever received. The appraisal took twice as long and their comps were terrible.
I was extremely satisfied with the honesty and professionalism with Eric and Bowden Appraisals and his competant staff. I am retired from 35 yrs in the Title Insurance Industry and honestly in all those years I don't remember ever getting such efficient and accurate information. I would highly recommend them.
