I spent $11,000 on a 26KW unit and it won't even run my heater. Its 29° outside and I have no heater, thanks to a horribly inferior product. To Bowco's credit, they will send someone out every time I have a problem...well, during normal business hours... but nothing is fixing the problem. My advice, don't buy a Generac backup generator.
Bowco installed my generator 4 years ago and have provided provided professional, knowledgeable service the whole time. They have been exceptionally responsive and considerate of my needs. They are an excellent company. I highly recommend them.
