After a few years of good luck with my Generac home generator, I decided to get the full service maintaince package. I mentioned this to my friend who said he could save me money since he worked on his lawnmower "all the time and a generator couldn't be much different". I told him Bowco from Beckley would do everything like adjust valves, replace plugs and filter, change oil and filter and check it all for $299. From selecting the right generator for my home to completing the installation, the professionals from Bowco were competent, friendly, prompt, and polite. I am glad I chose this company for my Generac.
I spent $11,000 on a 26KW unit and it won't even run my heater. Its 29° outside and I have no heater, thanks to a horribly inferior product. To Bowco's credit, they will send someone out every time I have a problem...well, during normal business hours... but nothing is fixing the problem. My advice, don't buy a Generac backup generator.
Bowco installed my generator 4 years ago and have provided provided professional, knowledgeable service the whole time. They have been exceptionally responsive and considerate of my needs. They are an excellent company. I highly recommend them.
