David, the owner is great! I needed carpet cleaning done quickly because a friend stayed here with her 2 cats and I just couldn’t stand the smell. I called the company on New Year’s Eve, late in the afternoon, expecting to leave a message and he picked up the phone. I was able to make an appointment for 2 days later.
