There’s been so many times I’ve called this clinic and waited so long to have my call go unanswered. Plus despite what a good doctor Dr. Sobotie was before she quit she was frequently unavailable. That was unacceptable.
Very friendly and professional
The clinic is clean. I like my doctor, he is usually on time. But tha past 6 months or so, it has become incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone. If I could book online I would but it seems I can only book a meet and greet. I already have a dr. I hope they can get this sorted.

We have had an excellent experience at Bow Trail Medical Clinic. Dr. Das is, by far, the best doctor we have encountered since coming to Canada. He is compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to listen and understand every concern. His thoughtful guidance and caring approach have made us feel supported and reassured, especially during difficult times.
