Bow tie storage is the best in Louisville their staff is absolutely amazing. Security is beyond secure. I feel safe going in at anytime. Would recommend times 10000. Also would like to say the upstairs storage units are so well taken care of my storage is up there and we love it !!!!!!!!!!!!
This storage facility is a complete joke. First off, it’s 2025 and they still don’t have online payments — you have to call or show up in person like it’s the 90s. The bathroom door doesn’t even lock, which is ridiculous for a public facility. On top of that, I couldn’t even access my own unit because they had a new employee working who clearly had no idea what they were doing. My husband and I have had a very disappointing experience with Bow Tie Self Storage in Louisville, KY. We chose this facility because of their promises of strong security, but what we’ve dealt with has been the complete opposite. Back in December 2024, one of our units was broken into. We were told the security cameras would be reviewed—but here we are, four months later, and nothing has been done.
