Great seats and tray. Folks are really nice too!
Bought tickets for a 4:30 show and ended up sick and couldn’t go. Called to see if we could swap the tickets for another time the next day and was told, no we had to show up in person to swap them. I guess i could’ve gone and thrown up on their feet to swap the tickets. Asked the “manager” for his formal title and he didn’t understand. This is has become the worst theater ever since the remodel! I've been standing in line for 45 minutes with one concession stand open and over 50 ppl standing in line. The manager on duty a young guy with curly brown hair gets a major attitude because I asked him to help the young guy out that was serving customers. He told me he didn't have time for that and started talking to the ticket guy. Then another guy in line was like forget this shit asked the guy for his managers and left the movies. If I could give it zero stars... outrageously over the top loud... theater filthy... popcorn EVERYWHERE... huge lines... minimal staff... filthy seats... dumb seat tables... no option to move armrest... does anyone here care?
The improvements to the theater are great but the short staffing especially during peak season leaves you waiting in long lines at the concession stand.
Currently waiting for them to figure out the time the movie is supposed to start. Our confirmation is 12:10. When we printed our tickets at the ticket counter our tickets say 1:10. We go to the customer service they tell us it’s 12:50. Thought these movie theaters we just renovated. Not happy. We will be going to muvico or Waugh chapel from now on. Oh and no comps.
The "butter" bar was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. The theater was dirty. Trash cans were overflowing (before the movie started). Both the women's and men's restrooms were filthy. The stalls were out of toilet paper and there was trash all over the floor. Very disappointed in our visit today. I know it's a busy time of the year, but more attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of the facility.
New recliner seats are great. Makes going to movies tolerable.
could not order popcorn or anything to eat after watching the attendant sneeze, wipe his face with his hands...and continue to dish out bags of popcorn.
