We had a pipe burst today and these guys were incredible. Spenser came and was able to find and fix it. Great guy. Great company. Thank you guys.
Called them on a Saturday couldn't bother calling me back. This company sucks!!! They put in a water heater in 2018 and it is leaking all over my cellar. No expansion tank was installed(on them). Never will I use these idiots again.

We have used BPH in the past, so when we noticed a slight leak between toilet tank and bowl we called. Since they were going to be there we also added replacing the P trap in the bathroom sink. Both items were fairly simple and easy to do. We were quite surprised and shocked to receive an invoice for over $1,200. That’s over twice what it should be. BPH reached out today and has adjusted the invoice. I am happy with the outcome
