Great people, awesome service, great price
We bought a new furnace from this lovely Father and Son business. Not only was the price very reasonable but the customer service was top notch!!! I would say this is the best service we have ever experienced. Both men are lovely and after installation they left our house in excellent, clean condition! If you are looking for someone for your HVAC system who is honest does good work and that doesn't charge more than he has to, and that won't try to sell you something you don't need and if you like to support small business give Russ and Andrew a call, you wont be disappointed
In all my years of calling service-men, I have never spoke to someone with such a short fuse. I asked if they charge for a estimate, he got angry at my question and went off about not working for free... A simple "yes" would have sufficed Be warned about his temper.
Messaged Bow Home over the weekend when A/C wasn’t working properly. Messaged back same day with some suggestions to try while awaiting a service appointment (soonest was following day due to peak temperatures of late). Suggestions worked and avoided a service call all together! Appreciated the ongoing support while waiting for earliest available appointment.
