Bow home comfort is an honest local business operated by a father and son team. Prompt installation, very fair and competitive pricing, high quality workmanship, and attentive customer service. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend their services and will absolutely use Bow again in the future. Thank you Russ and Andrew!
Bow Home Comfort always provided quick response and service when I've called them. In 2019, my MIL's 20+ year old furnace died the day after Christmas and they were there the next day to repair so her house didn't freeze and they installed a new furnace shortly after. More recently, I contacted them this autumn for a service repair at my house and they responded quickly in spite of an obviously busy week for them.
Russ Bow put in our furnace back in 2011 and it has worked wonderfully since until recently. Last Thursday our furnace died and we were so worried with the upcoming snow storms in the forecast. We called him on Friday, and he made sure we had a temporary heat source to make it through the weekend.
