I bought a used engine for my Subaru Legacy. I had the bad luck of getting an engine that had an issue, but Bow Auto was great. Eric communicated with me and my mechanic and got another engine out asap. Eric took the time to find the engine right away. Since it is a manual transmission, the engine is harder to find, but he got one. I was worried about complications with all of this, but Eric made sure to have the new engine delivered when the other engine had just been removed, so my mechanic didn't have to tie up his bay. Excellent service. Ordered a taillight for my Subaru and picked it up the next day. The staff brought it out and it was better than the picture made it look. They take the time to take care of every part and every customer with respect.
