Chris came back today to adjust a few small things that were repaired on a former visit. It was easy to get a follow up appointment, and everything was accomplished to my satisfaction. Thank you to Chris, and Bovio, to assuring that their work is performed to a very high standard.
Leaking tankless water heater due to cracked heating element causing internal corrosion. Part is covered under warranty but not labor. Labor charge is excessive.
As with all of the technicians through Bovio from installations of heater and air conditioner to assisting with learning my new thermostat to the latest technician that relighted the pilots on my fireplaces as a special visit for me , I am always very satisfied with the whole process and this company’s value system.
Our technician Jonathan Martinez was very friendly and helpful. He took pictures of everything he did to maintain our HVAC system and put the pics in the invoice. We really appreciate his help and advice. Would definitely have him for any repairs we might need
