Sam was a great communicator and very courteous. She replaced our kitchen shut off valves. She was thorough of her explanation of what needed to be done.
Joe did a great job getting my air conditioning working again. The outside fan unit burned out at the end of a big 99 degree heat blast and had to be replaced. Joe was friendly, thoughtful and competent. Can’t beat that.
Bovio Rubino installed a heat pump system for me. Excellent work indeed. They went way beyond expectations, everything works perfectly, they left the area spotless. Everyone was courteous and proactive and it was a pleasure having them do this. They sought out every state and utility discount I was entitled to and took care of all the paperwork. I chose the right company.
We needed a hot water heater replaced. Not only did their answering service help us out at 1:30 am but they sent a representative (Kim) out the very next day. When we found out that we needed a new water heater, the price was right and the service was fantastic. Chris replaced it on Saturday and he was knowledgeable and efficient. We only use Bovio for our AC/Heating/Water Heater and once again they did a great job!
Installers were very polite, worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly.
