They don’t stand behind their own warranty. They kept charging me to fix my infinity thermostat. Carrier said it needs to be replaced. Carrier is more than happy to supply the thermostat and pay the installer $150. I was told by Mike in sales that he wants $300 for a 30 minute Job. I have noticed they don’t offer a lot of services they did before. Guess they are downsizing for one reason or another. Or getting ready to go belly uo. BEWARE
