Very unprofessional from the beginning. The service truck is broken down, the equipment is in various stages of disrepair and non-functioning, never had the right tools, and it all showed in the low quality of work. I would call it bad craftsmanship, but Bovell's work isn't even good enough to call "poor craftsmanship." It's really sort of fly-by-night shade tree type trash. The owner is creepy, shifty and untrustworthy when you talk to him and the whole outfit seems sketchy and shady.
