She was dismissive, couldn't be bothered to listen, argumentative and completely insensitive. Told me nothing useful, minimized my pain and then said that I seemed angry. Truly one of the worst medical encounters I've ever had. How and why is she working in this field?!
Gaslit me we trying to discuss perimenopause and hormone testing. Left me in tears
Left this appointment in complete shock of how disrespectful a healthcare provider could be. She questioned my ability to understand simple concepts of and made me feel embarrassed for being at the appointment. She made negative comments about my weight and told me to buy a new jacket. My husband has an appointment with her in January which will be canceled. My daughter is a nurse and she said she has never encountered a healthcare provider with bedside manner so bad. Forget bedside manner, this woman doesn't have a heart.
This NP now works at Atrius and has absolutely no patient skills. She truly takes the care out of healthcare. I’ve worked for Lahey and Atrius and have never witnessed such horrible bedside manners. Clearly others feel the same as you can see by her wonderful ratings. Atrius patients deserve better than this subpar provider.
