Hi there we just had our furnace fix by Ron B. Awesome job! Very educational and help to explain how things work. I hope that he is your top guy and the hrs he puts in and like a non replaceable person. They broke the mold when he was born:) Not to many guyes would give that many hrs all the time:) He also help us understand that once he puts in a work order and knows nothing after that only when the parts come in and are shiped to the main office.
