This Bovard Anderson company is terrible after returning 72.00 of a 550.00 security. I file complaint with PA consumer protection. I receive their rebuttal along with a copy of a check of an additional 150.00 that I guess would be sent out after agreeing with their lies about the apartment condition on my moving out. If I could give them less than one start I would. It took them months to find a supposed quality tenant for my property as they were to market and manage it and they talked me into going with a tenant who moved in and skipped out of his lease right away. They got to keep the rent and then they took all sorts of pictures of my property and claimed that the minor defects in the property were the reason the tenant bailed and that all the sudden the defects were a problem. I can't even give this company a single star. I have dealt with a lot of shady people in business but never have I encountered people like those at Bovard. On top of being completely rude, arrogant and ignorant humans, they are unethical and disgusting business people. They do not care about their customers in the least, simply their bottom line and they will cross all boundaries of truth and ethics to obtain their money. the worst property management ever these people messed up a six year long relationship with me and my landlord he finally got new managers.bovard anderson tries to manipulate the books so you accrue late fees.also they have a hitler like woman who told me i had to sell my lawn tractor because the roof caved in in the building .she said "THE BORO SAID A LAWN TRACTOR CANT BE ON OR SEEN IN THE LAWN."PURE HARRASSMENT FROM THEM.THE WORST MANAGERS IV EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH.RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS AGENCEY

Dave Morton is a nightmare. We were ripped off as well and Jaclyn McLaughlin co owner does not care about bad publicity. The company lies, shows you places, calls you back on places you have already seen and not qualify for. They do not tell you up front that they are the front man for homeowners who only care about your credit score and nothing else. If I had a high credit score I would buy not rent. Please look elsewhere if you want a positive non rip off agency.

I will never go through bovard anderson again. One of the worst experiences I have ever gone through was with real estate agent Bruce Flemming. Robbed me of over a grand!!! He is a liar and will tell you what you want to hear but as I found out he is living in the neighborhood of make believe.

Worst company I have ever dealt with Won't answer when we call when something is wrong, had water leak through the windows so they came and just put silicone on the outside of the window,instead of fixing the problem, now in the winter the windows have horrible draft and the kids can't stay at the apartment at night, won't fix toilet, garbage disposal is broken and has a horrible stink, they are awful

I have a property that is managed by this company for a little over a year now. While the agent responsible for overseeing this property and coordinating the rental efforts is an absolute gem, my experience with most everyone else at this agency (including the co-owner) has been less than stellar. I find that a vast majority of the employees lack communication skills and professionalism, as they are almost always abrupt and rude to both me and my tenants. They are a good company, especially considering the lack of legit property management companies in this area. They are much better than Premier Property Management, I know that! The one female agent (I will keep name confidential) was very helpful and respectful in my dealings with her.
