The doctor is good, but the only problem with this clinic is the receptionists. They hardly like to communicate and are unwelcoming. I would recommend training them..

Autism mom here. My son was diagnosed by Dr Kathuria and Dr Rayar when he was 15 months old. He is now 6 and is non verbal and autistic. I thank the doctors for their support and getting an early diagnosis so we could register for support. Both took their time and really care ♡ - We recently came again for something else and Dr Kathuria listened and was so supportive. The staff has always been helpful in person and over the phone. They have always addressed any questions or concerns I had. Thank you so much!

I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. Today, I called to book an appointment for my two-year-old daughter. The receptionist first told me that a referral from our family doctor was required. When I explained that my daughter had already been referred, dr hon ng she asked me to hold for a few minutes. After returning to the call, she changed her response and said that no appointment was needed and that my family doctor did not need to send a referral to this clinic. I visted today with my daughter 3rd time. The doctors provided excellent care, but I was disappointed with the reception experience.The receptionist, who was wearing scrubs, was not welcoming or communicative. When I handed over my daughter's health card, it was returned to me without any greeting or further communication. I was left standing there, unsure of what to do next.
