I visited doctor Dewhight he is professional, respectful, explains and cares about the child
Extremely poor front-desk service and unacceptable patient experience. Even with an appointment, patients face long wait times, and the staff behave as though they are doing us a favour by allowing us to see the doctor. The attitude is dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking in basic courtesy. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, kept informed about delays, and provided with a reasonable level of service—not made to feel like an inconvenience.
Visited for my 8 month healthy baby - no allergy. Told doctor kanwaljeet that baby is on Kabrita Goat Milk Infant Formula. Doctor said goat milk has no iron/folate, cannot give it to baby. That is true for plain goat milk, but we give Kabrita FORMULA - not plain milk. Kabrita goat milk Infant Formula is Health Canada approved Feb 2025 for 0-12 months and does have added iron, folate, 25 vitamins. Advice was outdated and scared us for no reason. Please update info on new approved formulas.
