I called to inquire about purchasing a hearing device for my father, and the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. They asked thoughtful, attentive questions that made it easier to identify the best fit for him. I had a great experience, and I highly recommend contacting this clinic for any hearing-related questions and services.
I requested a callback over the weekend to book an appointment, and I was pleased that the clinic called me back promptly today. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill from there. The gentleman who called me was on speakerphone, making the conversation echo and extremely difficult to hear. For a hearing clinic, this is especially concerning, as many callers are hearing impaired. I politely asked if he could take me off speakerphone because I couldn't hear him. I'm so happy I found this clinic after going to numerous ENT's and doctors regarding my tinnitus who all did nothing. I've been living with it for 3 years and within 6 months of coming to this clinic, it's pretty much all gone! They use hearing aids for their treatment when it's appropriate and I have finally got my life back as this was driving me nuts. I tried hearing aids in the past which did nothing, but learned that there is lots of other things involved to get rid of it or control the tinnitus which this clinic does. ... read more
