This place is absolutely amazing very caring and attentive to your needs. I brought my mom here to have her hearing test and we decided to purchase her hearing aids at this location as we were happy with the system that was offered to her, especially at her age. Great service, and exceptional knowledge from Dr. Samuel placing her above other Audiologists in the region and also in Ontario. Her understanding and patient education to her pations regarding the correlation of hearing impairment and cognitive loss was a big surprise to me. However after going in-depth into the subject learned much more regarding the correlation. I normally meet with Arsh and Mary everytime I go for regular checkups and cleaning. They asked thoughtful, attentive questions that made it easier to identify the best fit for him. I had a great experience, and I highly recommend contacting this clinic for any hearing-related questions and services.
I requested a callback over the weekend to book an appointment, and I was pleased that the clinic called me back promptly today. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill from there. The gentleman who called me was on speakerphone, making the conversation echo and extremely difficult to hear.
