Had to post based on the prior reviewers' negative comments. That guy posts negative stuff on ALL his reviews. He needs to sell his hummel collection, maybe give up one or two dozen of his cats, and move on. I have dealt with Leland Boutwell at Boutwell RE twice in the last ten years.
