Tried selling them my authentic Burberry tote lady gave me a really hard time saying she couldn't tell if it was real asking me when did I buy it an if I had my receipt smh first off my husband brought it for me as a gift an its real I didn't know you need a receipt to sell your goods smh never will they get my business again!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry if you felt our asking questions regarding your purse made you upset. We get a lot of fakes in, so we try to be very careful to only sell authentic purses. You don't need a receipt when selling items however, you stated it was an outlet purse and those are more difficult to authenticate. I asked you for a few minutes so I could do a little research. I think if we would of been able to have a few minutes to do some research you would have had a better experience . Once again, I'm sorry
I get most all my formal wear here and the jewelry is devine. Handbags are pretty awesome too.
